Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 72 hours before the initial departure time. If weather or poor aurora conditions require a cancellation, you'll receive a full refund. If rescheduled, decline the new date for a full refund; agreeing to it makes the tour nonrefundable.

FAQs
Bring snacks, water, and any coffee or energy drinks you want, plus cold-weather gear for time outdoors. If you rent camera gear, bring an SD card to take your images home; an SD card can also be provided.
Be ready at the specified pickup time. If you are not ready, you will need to drive yourself to the chase location or forfeit the tour without a refund.
Receive up to three photos per group or individual by email a few days after your tour. Editing can take up to one week during the busiest aurora-season months.
