Itinerary
Here at Juckas Stables we have 117 acres winding through the breathtaking Hudson Valley countryside. Our horses are gentle, responsive, and well-trained. Our experienced wranglers will begin the trail ride with a quick lesson to ensure a fun and safe trail ride.
Then we'll ride through a variety of woods, meadows, and fields. After the ride, we welcome you to sit and relax on the lawn, take pictures with your horse, and enjoy local cider and donuts.
Important details
- Ages 7+ only.
- Wear closed-toe shoes with socks.
- Trotting may be possible only if the wrangler approves the conditions and every rider wants to try it.
- Horseback riding carries inherent risks of injury or death. New York law protects equine professionals and activity sponsors from liability for those risks.
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled ride time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before your reservation for a full refund minus a $30 administration fee. Cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice receive no refund. If the operator cancels due to unsafe weather or other extenuating circumstances, choose between rescheduling and a refund. Late arrivals receive no refund or reschedule.
