All sales are final. Date or time changes may be considered when requested at least 48 business hours before the tour; no changes within 48 business hours, weekends, or holidays. No exceptions for late arrival, failed background check, illness, forgotten ID, or weather unless West Point cancels.

Infants under age 2 must sit on an adult's lap unless a separate ticket is purchased.
Tours do not operate on major holidays, during graduation events, or on Saturdays of home Army football games in September, October, and November.
Access requires passing a security background check. West Point may deny entry for reasons including unverifiable or fraudulent identity information, an active warrant, a current bar from a federal installation, certain criminal convictions, or security-related concerns.
