- Ages 17 and under require an accompanying adult age 21 or older and a signed waiver before participating

- Arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled time to complete paperwork and attend the safety briefing
Cancellation Policy
Reservation fees are fully refundable up to 48 hours before the event. Changes are allowed up to 24 hours before. No-shows and late arrivals receive no refund; late arrivals cannot reschedule. Activities run rain or shine. Weather does not qualify for a refund, but you may reschedule. If more than 3 party members are absent, the refund is reduced by $10 per absent person.
