No refunds for public cruises. If Pontiki cancels due to weather or other issues, a gift card is issued minus a 10% cancellation fee. Customers are notified two hours in advance if weather is questionable. Trips may be cancelled if the minimum passenger requirement is not met.

Took my son's family for an evening Pontiki Boat Ride and we had such a wonderful time. The two crew members were amazing and gave all on board a truly fantastic time. The captain engaged with my two granddaughters ages 10 and 7 months, making them feel so special. He even let our 10 year old navigate the boat under his supervision. It made her day! The captain was so knowledgeable about the amazing homes along the way and the crew member serving our beverages was so nice. It had been a last minute decision to take them on this but I'm so glad I did. I highly recommend this boat tour if you're visiting the area or even if you're a local. It's just a fun night out.
