- Passengers must be at least 48 inches tall and able to sit upright with a fastened seat belt while wearing a helmet
- Not suitable during pregnancy or for anyone unable to handle repetitive bouncing motion
- Bring the physical credit card used to secure the reservation; the cardholder must attend with valid ID, and photos or digital cards are not accepted

All sales are final. Cancellations, advance payments, and no-shows are nonrefundable. Arrivals more than 15 minutes after the reserved time are considered no-shows.
