Important details
- Participants under 18 must join with their legal guardian, who must also participate
- All participants must be able to read and speak English
- Participants over 18 must present a government-issued photo ID
- Drivers need a valid driver's license or learner's permit; drivers carrying a passenger must be at least 18 with a valid driver's license
- Passengers must ride behind the driver and hold on independently for the full tour
- Weight limit: 425 lbs for a single snowmobile or combined for a double snowmobile; 600 lbs combined for a three-seater
- Complete the participant waiver before the tour; minors must be listed on their legal guardian's waiver
- Wear the provided DOT-approved helmet; ski helmets are not allowed
- Bring the credit card used for payment and have the cardholder present at check-in with matching photo ID
- Arrive at least 30 minutes before departure for check-in
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Within 24 hours, reservations, late arrivals, and no-shows are nonrefundable. If the company cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund.
