Know before you go
- Advanced riding experience required
- Arrive ready to board 15 minutes before departure for bike loading
- Use the provided meeting directions; the departure location is not searchable on Google, Trailforks or Apple Maps
- Expect drop-off at the highest trailhead weather conditions permit that day
- Carry at least 100 oz of water per rider and bring food, warm layers and a headlamp
Cancellation Policy
Non-refundable. Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours ahead for parties of 3 or fewer, 72 hours ahead for parties of 4 or more, and 7 days ahead for parties of 10 or more.
FAQs
This shuttle requires a minimum number of riders. If the minimum is not met, the shuttle may be canceled; you'll be notified by 5 PM the day before your reservation, and another shuttle seat may be arranged if available.
Bring your bike in excellent working condition, plus extra tubes, a pump, patch kit, tire levers, spare cable and derailleur hanger, master link, multitool with chain breaker, lube, and a shock pump.
