- Arrive 10 minutes before your rental for check-in
- Good physical health and adequate electric-bike riding skills are required
- Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is not permitted
- Complete the required liability waiver before riding
- A credit card and driver's license image are required and may be retained for damage, misuse, or accident charges
- Damage charges not included: $25 per front tire puncture and $45 per rear tire puncture
- Damage charges not included: $15 for a dropped bike with sand and $25 per damaged hand grip or brake handle
- Damage charges not included: $10 per scratch beyond normal wear and $60 for a damaged seat
- Your rental ends for its remaining term if you puncture a tire
- If roadside assistance is declined, service fees may apply

Cancel at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows are non-refundable.
