Things to know
Ages 15+ and minimum 2 people per booking. Intermediate or better bike skills are required; inability to ride a 26-inch two-wheeled bike does not qualify for a refund. Park entrance fees are extra ($30 per vehicle) or you can use a National Park pass.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your tour for a full refund. You also get a full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Cancellations within 7 days or no-shows are charged full price. Inability to ride an e-bike does not warrant a refund.

Wear closed-toe shoes. Bring a rain jacket and wear waterproof pants or bring a change of clothes, since weather can be unpredictable in the rainforest.
