Know before you go
- Arrive 5–10 minutes early for paperwork and personal flotation device fitting
- Ages 7+ only
- Ride in a double kayak with an adult if you are ages 7–11
- Complete a release of liability form for every participant
- Wear comfortable clothing that can get wet and foot protection that stays on in the water
- Bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, and layers appropriate for the temperature
Cancellation Policy
Groups of 4 or more may receive a refund when canceled at least 48 hours before the tour; groups of 3 or fewer, at least 24 hours. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the trip price. Tours run rain or shine; light rain or drizzle does not cancel. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather.
