Ages 12+ and 75 minutes. If you are more than 5 minutes late, you may not be able to join the class.

FAQs
Wear sunscreen and a hat. Wear clothing you can move in and don't mind getting wet; bathing suits and lycra yoga clothes work well. Soft water bottles are easiest to bring on the boards.
We will have a safe place to store your keys, wallet, or phone. Please avoid bringing unnecessary valuables to the beach.
Classes run rain or shine; if waves, wind, or lightning create unsafe conditions, class will be cancelled. We will notify you about 30 minutes prior.
