Know before you go
- Children under 6 must wear a U.S. Coast Guard-approved Type I, II, or III personal flotation device while underway in vessels under 26 feet
- Swimming is not recommended because of alligators
- Upstream routes become narrower and the current becomes faster farther from the campground
- Bring drinks in non-disposable containers and pack out your trash
- Water below 2 feet for kayaks or 2.5 feet for canoes may require extra portages; water levels should not exceed 6 feet
Cancellation Policy
No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours, except if inclement weather closes the river on the event day.
