- Follow the captain's instructions, including changes to fishing locations or trip type when conditions require it
- Do not use devices or apps that record, share, or track the vessel's location, route, or fishing spots

Cancellation Policy
Cancel 30 or more days before departure for a full refund of charter payments. Cancellations 1–14 days before departure are nonrefundable. If the captain cancels before departure due to unsafe weather, receive a full refund of charter payments, less online booking fees.
