- Delivery rentals carry a $10 drop-off fee, not included in the listed price
- Returns more than 15 minutes late incur a fee of at least $40 per craft, separate from the listed price
- Additional damage or loss charges apply: $50 for a lost or broken paddle and $25 for a damaged life jacket. Kayak repairs cost at least $100; a single kayak damaged beyond use may incur a $500 replacement charge. These charges are not included in the listed price
- Pickup rentals require the 24-hour option and are typically for off-site use. Return the kayak by the same pickup time the following day or earlier
- Complete a safety waiver for each participant. Parents must complete a waiver for each child
- Arrive 5–10 minutes before your scheduled rental to check in and complete any outstanding waiver. Your time on the water begins at your reserved time
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled rental for a full refund. No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours. If the operator stops rentals due to unsafe weather or lake conditions, you'll be offered the option to reschedule or receive a refund.
