Cancellation deadlines are based on midnight before the trip day, not departure time. Full refund with more than 72 hours’ notice; 50% refund with 48–72 hours’ notice; no refund with less than 48 hours’ notice. Full refund if the captain cancels for rough seas. No refund for cancellation due to aggressive clients, severe intoxication, or illegal activity.
