Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your start time; all times are Eastern Standard Time
- You cannot participate if pregnant or under the influence of drugs or alcohol
- Bring a personal flotation device for any child under 55 lbs
- Wear securable water shoes, tennis shoes, or footwear with a heel strap; no flip-flops or bare feet
- Complete a waiver before participation
- Expect trips to operate rain or shine
- Expect 2 PM trips Thursday through Monday to depend on acceptable water release levels
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations with more than 24 hours' notice receive a 100% trip voucher for same- or next-season adventures. Same-day cancellations or no notification receive no refund or trip voucher.

No. Pregnant guests cannot participate.
There are no age restrictions, but children must be able to fit OAR personal flotation devices (over 50 lbs). If they can’t, you must provide a child personal flotation device.
Arrive 30 minutes before your trip start time. Trips run on Eastern Standard Time (EST), and late arrivals may lose trip availability.
