Itinerary
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental.
- Check in with a valid photo ID and physical credit card.
- Complete the rental agreement and required waivers.
- Receive your Aqua Lilypad and safety instructions.
- Review the approved use area and equipment rules.
- Launch with assistance from our waterfront team.
- Lounge, swim, splash, play, and enjoy Mission Bay.
- Return the Aqua Lilypad by the scheduled end time.

Important details
- The primary renter must be 18 or older, and at least one person age 18 or older must remain on the equipment at all times
- Comfort in and around the water is required. Keep children under direct adult supervision
- Bring a valid photo ID. An ID is required for each piece of equipment rented, and the person responsible for the reservation must be present at check-in
- Bring the physical credit card used for the reservation. A credit card must be presented for each piece of equipment rented
- You may be responsible for equipment that is damaged, lost, stolen, excessively dirty, or improperly returned
- Complete the required waiver for each participant. A parent or legal guardian must complete waivers for minors
- Stay within the approved Mission Bay area; ocean use is not permitted
- Follow the occupancy, weight limits, and safety instructions for your assigned mat
- Do not dive into shallow or unknown water. Flips, unsafe jumping, rough play, and intentional collisions are prohibited
- Keep sharp objects, glass containers, and open flames off the mat. Do not use the equipment while impaired
- Do not drag the mat across pavement, rocks, docks, or other damaging surfaces. Get staff approval before relocating, untying, or changing how it is secured
- Staff may delay or end the rental if safety instructions are not followed
- Late arrival may reduce your rental time, and an extension is not guaranteed
Cancellation Policy
You'll receive a full refund with at least 72 hours' notice of cancellation, or if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Refunds take up to 30 days to process. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price.

FAQs
Yes. Paddleboards, kayaks, pontoon boats and water trampolines are available as additional rentals, subject to availability.
Allow extra time for limited parking, especially on weekends and holidays. Additional parking may be available in the overflow lot along Santa Clara Place or near El Carmel Point.
Bring a swimsuit, sunscreen, drinking water and towels. Expect to get wet during your Aqua Lilypad rental, and protect personal belongings with waterproof storage.
