No refunds. Last-minute cancellations and no-shows are non-refundable. This experience requires suitable weather; if canceled due to adverse weather (such as high winds), you can reschedule to another available date. Bluet SUP closes when winds reach a consistent 15 mph or higher.

Yes. You must have basic swim skills without a life vest (able to swim or doggy paddle). If you don’t meet this requirement, service will be refused and refunds will not be issued.
Wear comfortable, non-cotton, fitted sportswear or a bathing suit with shorts and a fitted shirt. Do not wear baggy clothing, jeans, tennis shoes, heavy clothing, or everyday wear.
