- Wait outside your property between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date

- Do not cut, alter or pin the dress with anything that could damage the fabric
- Do not use the dress near fire, candles or cigarettes, or for commercial photography without written permission
Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before the agreed delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours and no-shows are non-refundable. If you miss an agreed delivery or collection window and another attempt is available, a $35 redelivery or recollection fee applies.
