Wear comfortable, breathable clothing and closed-toe shoes, preferably boots or sturdy sneakers. Long pants are recommended. Bring a refillable water bottle, sunscreen and insect repellent, plus a camera if you'd like. Bring a hat or sunglasses for when you're not riding.
