Important details
- Arrive 30 minutes before your start time
- Ages 21+ only to rent
- A captain is required if no one in your group qualifies to operate the boat
- Without a captain, proof of boating experience is required
- A qualified operator requires at least 2 years operating a similar-size vessel within 10 feet
- Qualified operators cannot have marine losses in the past 10 years, violations or suspensions in the past 5 years, or criminal convictions or no-contest pleas
- Anyone operating the boat born after January 1, 1988 needs a Florida Boating Safety Course certificate unless they have a valid boating license
- Sign a liability waiver before operating the boat
- A $1,000 security-deposit hold is required at check-in and released 48 hours after the rental if no damage occurs

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule free up to 48 hours before your scheduled reservation. If you do not show up within 2 hours of the scheduled rental without communicating, no refund is available.
