- All passengers must sign a liability waiver before boarding; passengers who refuse cannot join the trip

- Alternate pickup may be available for an additional fee; clarify the amount with Greetwell before booking
- A minimum 20% gratuity is expected for the captain and crew

No refund for cancellations within 0–7 days of the charter date. Rescheduling is available until 3 days before the trip. Operates rain or shine; full refund if the operator cancels due to weather. A minimum 20% gratuity for captain and crew is expected. Damage fines may apply; clarify amounts with Greetwell before booking. Excessive cleanup costs $200.
