Cancel 48 hours before your picnic or cruise for a refund or one-time reschedule. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable. Light rain does not automatically cancel a picnic or cruise. If the captain determines cruise conditions are unsafe, you may reschedule or receive a full refund.
