- A captain is required and costs $50 per hour, paid directly to the captain; credit cards are not accepted for this fee

- A 3% credit-card processing fee applies
- Arrive 30 minutes early to complete the charter agreement and introductions
- Every adult must sign a waiver; a parent or guardian must sign for children
- The lead traveler must present ID
- A $100 credit-card hold for expenses is released 24 hours after the rental
- Sandbar access and route depend on weather, tides, capacity, and safety conditions; the captain may use an alternative nearby anchorage
- No shoes are allowed on the boat, and wet guests or shoes may not enter the cabin
- Do not throw paper in the toilet; a $50 unclogging fee applies

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling are allowed up to 24 hours before the trip; requests must be approved. No refunds, cancellations, or reschedules are allowed within 24 hours. No-shows are charged in full. If the operator cancels, a refund or reschedule may be offered.
