Cancellation Policy
Refundable tickets may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 3 hours before departure. Changes are not permitted within 3 hours. Non-refundable tickets cancelled less than 24 hours before departure forfeit payment. If the operator cancels, you may reschedule or receive a refund.
