- Cooperation with the crew is required; boarding may be refused if you appear severely impaired

Cancel more than 72 hours before departure for a full refund. Cancel 24–72 hours before departure for a 95% refund. No refund for cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows. Weather-related trips may be rescheduled or issued a rain check.
