- If a rescue is needed, it costs $150 for the first hour and $100 for each additional hour
- Arrive 20–30 minutes before your scheduled rental start time for paperwork. Late arrival may reduce your rental time, and extensions are not granted
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations receive a credit valid for 6 months; changes depend on availability. Arrive 15 minutes late and you are a no-show, with no rescheduling or credit. Late arrivals lose rental time. No refunds for poor weather; weather cancellations are rescheduled.
