- Pickups more than 25 miles from downtown Austin incur an additional charge of $10 per mile beyond that radius, not included in the listed price.
- Vomiting or getting sick on the bus results in a $250 cleaning fee. You are responsible for any damage to the bus.
- Do not smoke on board. Violations can result in a $250 fine or the trip ending. Fighting can also end the trip.
- If you choose your own winery stops, reservations at those wineries are your responsibility.
Cancellation Policy
Your deposit and booking fee are non-refundable. The remaining balance is still due if you cancel less than seven days before your trip. No cancellations or refunds are offered because of rain.
