Things to know
You must be 18+ to rent and 16+ to operate with a legal guardian/parent present. Kids under 6 can’t ride. Total weight limit is 350–400 lb.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel 24+ hours before your booking for a full refund or credit. Less than 24 hours: no refund. If the operator cancels due to inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances before your rental starts, no refund.

If you were born on or after January 1, 1988, you must have a Florida Boater Safety Education ID Card (Florida boating license) or a temporary certificate from the online course.
Bring a valid government-issued ID. You also need the credit/debit card used for the online booking for verification, plus a valid credit card to keep on file during your rental.
