Cancel or modify at least 24 hours before departure for a full refund. Groups of 20+ need 72 hours’ notice; less than 72 hours is full charge with no refund. No-shows or missing the boat: no refund. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
