Full refund if you cancel 7 or more days before your tour date. 50% refund if you cancel more than 48 hours before your tour time. No refund within 48 hours. If weather or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevents the tour, you can reschedule; if rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund is issued.

If weather conditions or mandatory aircraft maintenance prevent the tour from taking place, you will be offered a reschedule at no additional cost. If rescheduling isn’t possible, a full refund is issued.
