Things to know
Do not exit your vehicle at any time or you will be escorted off the property. No motorcycles, convertibles, large RVs, or riding in a pickup bed; SUV hatches must stay closed, and Jeeps must have top and doors on. The zoo is not responsible for damage to your vehicle or persons; roadside service and any vet bills may be at your expense.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled booking for a full refund. Cancel within 24 hours and there is no refund.
