Most visitors leave thrilled with their treetop adventure, praising the enthusiastic guides who strike the right balance between keeping things safe and making the experience genuinely fun. The staff gets consistent shoutouts for being helpful and willing to answer questions, which first-timers especially appreciate. One guide, Tasheem, earned specific praise for adapting to different skill levels within the same group. The zipline views are a highlight, with some reviewers noting you can spot alligators below, adding an extra thrill to the canopy experience. The courses offer a solid challenge that appeals to various ages and abilities, with most groups spending around two hours completing both routes. A few visitors noted the facilities could use some updating, and there was one concerning incident about harness fit and staff attentiveness. Still, the overwhelming majority had positive experiences, including people tackling their fear of heights. If you're planning to visit, booking tickets ahead is recommended, and multiple reviewers suggest bringing bug spray for added comfort during your adventure.
