This treetop adventure gets high marks from a wide range of visitors, from first-timers conquering a fear of heights to families making it an annual tradition. The course blends ziplines with rope obstacles, ladders, and elevated platforms, so come expecting a full physical workout rather than a simple ride. Most guests finish feeling genuinely exhausted and exhilarated, which seems to be exactly the point. Staff consistently stand out in reviews, with guides like Skyla, Cyrus, Leo, and Jarius getting personal shoutouts for being attentive, enthusiastic, and safety-conscious. One thing worth knowing going in: the course is largely self-guided, meaning you clip and unclip yourself throughout. A few reviewers found this tricky at first, but most got comfortable with it quickly. Booking tickets in advance is strongly recommended, though walk-ins have been known to get started within an hour. The surrounding park area has drawn some concerns about upkeep and the presence of transient visitors near restroom facilities, so just be aware of the setting. Overall though, the adventure itself delivers, and the staff genuinely seem invested in making sure everyone has a great time.
We walked in and were able to start the course within an hour. Check in, waivers, harnessing up was all so easy. Everyone was incredibly polite and so helpful. I only got a few of the crew’s names- Cyrus, Leo and Skyla and their coworkers did an amazing job at making sure we had a great experience. 10 out of 5 stars.
