- A boating license is required if you were born after January 1988; bring it with you
- Weight capacity is based on a 150 lb per-person average. Include coolers, equipment, and other items when calculating your load
- Dogs are welcome aboard
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. The boat leaves with a full tank, and marina staff will refuel it on return. You'll be charged only for the fuel used
- Late returns incur a fee of $50 for every 15 minutes overdue, separate from the listed price
- Do not take The Pearl under the Three Sisters Springs bridge
- Do not enter Salt River, Ozello, Homosassa, areas toward the Spoil Banks or Yankeetown, or waters beyond the designated scallop grounds at Rock Island
- Bring life vests for children under 90 lbs or under age 6
- For scalloping, review current bag limits, regulations, and fishing license requirements before your trip
- Display the divers-down flag at the boat's highest point with an unobstructed view in every direction, and only while divers or snorkelers are in the water
- Keep the boat at least 300 feet from divers-down symbols in open water and 100 feet away in rivers or canals. If passing within those distances, travel at idle speed with the boat fully settled in the water
- When diving or snorkeling, stay within 300 feet of a divers-down symbol in open water and within 100 feet in rivers or canals
- Rental hours are 7:00 am–5:00 pm; return the boat by 5:00 pm

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before your rental for a full refund or date change. With less than 10 days' notice, the $100 deposit is forfeited. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine; no weather refunds. Rescheduling only is allowed for inclement weather.
