Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 7 days before your reservation for a full refund, or 2–6 days before for a 50% refund. No refund applies within 48 hours. Unsafe weather may delay arrival, shorten the day, or lead to postponement or rescheduling. Rescheduled reservations are honored indefinitely.

Yes, a beach permit is required to drive on JP Luby, South Packery Beach, Whitecap, and Bali Park beaches. Purchase one before driving onto the beach; it is not included in the listed price. Permits are available at Stripes and Circle K stores on North Padre Island, HEB stores in Aransas Pass and Corpus Christi, and the Corpus Christi Visitor Information Center.
