Things to know
These are carbon cross country bikes, not downhill-specific, and are not allowed at Northstar Downhill Park. Rentals must be returned before shop closing time (9am–5pm daily).
Cancellation Policy
Full refund with 7 days notice. Less than 7 days: charged 20% of rental cost plus booking fees. Within 48 hours: charged full amount. Full refund if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
