Important details
- Valid passports are required for British Virgin Islands entry
- Passport details for all travelers are required at least 1 week before departure for customs paperwork
- Fuel is not included and usually costs $250–$500, depending on your itinerary
- British Virgin Islands customs fees are not included and cost $75 cash per person, settled directly with the captain
- Captain gratuity is not included; 20% of the boat fee is the standard recommended amount
- Use non-aerosol sunscreen only; glass bottles are not permitted

Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 3 days before your charter. Cancellations less than 3 days before forfeit the $250 deposit; cancellations less than 24 hours before are charged the full charter balance. Receive a full refund or reschedule if the operator cancels due to inclement weather or another reason on their end.
