Important details
- Renters must be 18 or older. Riders under 18 require supervision by a parent or guardian.
- Requires comfortable balance on uneven ground and solid bike control.
- The E-Ride Pro 2.0, Falcon GT, and 79 Bike Falcon Pro have a minimum height of 5'3". The Rawrr Mantis Mini R17 is for riders ages 10+ under 5'1".
- Bring a government-issued ID if you are over 16.
- A refundable security hold is separate from the listed price and is authorized on your card at pickup: $250 per bike or $500 for the Ultra Bee, capped at $1,500 per group. The hold is released promptly after the bikes are returned in good condition.
- Additional fees may apply for reckless riding, intentional bike misuse, or leaving designated riding areas. These fees are not included in the listed price.
- Complete a waiver on your phone before riding. Adults must complete Utah's online off-highway vehicle safety course before departure; riders under 18 must complete Utah's online Youth Off-Highway Vehicle Safety Course.
- Stay within designated riding areas. On local roads leading to trailheads, observe the 20 mph speed limit and posted signs. Do not perform wheelies in parking lots or ride on park grass or landscaped areas.
- If transporting the bikes yourself, bring a truck or trailer and your own straps.
- Arrive 15–30 minutes early for gear fitting and the safety overview. Return your bike within five hours of the rental start time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule 72+ hours before your ride with no additional fee; the deposit is non-refundable. Within 72 hours or for no-shows, no refund. You'll receive a full refund if the operator cancels for weather. With proof of a conflicting Angels Landing permit, the operator will try to reschedule your ride; if that's not possible, you'll receive a refund.
