Cancel 30+ days ahead for a full refund less a $50 service charge for trips under $500, or $100 or 10% of trip cost, whichever is greater, for trips over $500. Cancel within 30 days for a 50% refund. If unsafe conditions prevent rescheduling, receive a refund less applicable service charges.
