- Pets are not allowed.
- A $100 fuel surcharge is not included in the listed price. You'll pay it separately upon arrival.
- A security deposit applies and is not included in the listed price.
- Smoking, fishing, and towing are not permitted on this boat.
- Only passengers listed on the rental contract may be on board. Passenger swaps result in forfeiture of the full deposit.
- Remove all garbage, keys, and life jackets from the boat at the end of your rental. Return the keys and life jackets to the Marina Store.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel at least 72 hours before non-holiday rentals or at least 5 days before holiday and holiday-weekend rentals. All cancellations forfeit the reservation fee of 10% of the rental rate. Late cancellations and no-shows forfeit the entire rental price.
