Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental for a 50% refund or credit, less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and no-shows receive no refund. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or other unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $25 fee.

The deposit is held on a major credit card or in cash at pickup and is not included in the listed price. It is refunded upon a damage-free return. If the vehicle is damaged, $750 is held while the damage is assessed. Your liability is capped at $750 only if you followed the damage waiver policy; otherwise, you are responsible for all damages.
Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. You'll be charged $50 for up to one hour late, then $25 for each additional half hour, up to $400 per day. If you haven't returned the vehicle within 24 hours of its scheduled return time, an additional $500 non-return fee applies, plus vehicle recovery costs.
