Cancel more than 7 days before your trip for a full refund minus the $100 non-refundable deposit. If you cancel, the deposit remains valid for one year toward any future service. If the operator cannot run the trip due to weather or other safety concerns, you'll receive a full refund or may apply the full amount toward rescheduling.
