Important details
- Ages 6+ only
- Paddling at La Playanita is restricted to commissioned law enforcement officers
- At La Playanita, participation requires carrying your board 300 yards to and from the beach
- Bring a state-issued ID for rental pickup
- Park admission, parking or day-use fees may apply at your launch location and are not included in the listed price
- Arrive sober. Alcohol is not allowed at the beach, and you cannot take part if you arrive under the influence
- Complete your waiver before launching and follow all personal flotation device, leash and water-safety requirements
- Launch locations may change based on wind, weather, water conditions and paddling experience
- Arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled rental time for fitting and equipment orientation
Cancellation Policy
You can reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations within 24 hours automatically receive a gift card for the rental amount; you may request the next available date instead. Weather cancellations are automatically rebooked for the next available date. No-shows receive no refund or rescheduling and may incur a $25 fee not included in the listed price.

Bring a wide-brimmed hat, sunscreen and plenty of water. Sunglasses, comfortable water-friendly shoes and a waterproof phone case are recommended. Optional waterproof phone cases are available for $5 when offered; this extra is not included in the listed price.
