Cancellation Policy
Cancel more than 48 hours before your rental for a 50% refund or credit, less the $50 non-refundable booking fee. Cancellations within 48 hours and all no-shows receive no refund. If the operator cancels due to extreme weather or unforeseen circumstances, you'll receive a full refund or credit. Rescheduling within 48 hours incurs a $25 fee; choose your new date when rescheduling.

Your deposit is refunded immediately after a damage-free return. If damage occurs, $750 is held while the damage is assessed. The damage waiver limits your liability to $750 if you follow all its rules; otherwise, you're responsible for all damage costs.
Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. You'll be charged $50 for up to one hour late, then $25 for each additional half hour, up to $400 per day. If you haven't returned the vehicle within 24 hours of the scheduled return time, an additional $500 non-return fee and vehicle recovery costs apply.
