- Minimum age to rent: 25
- Bring your driver's license. A boater's license is also required if you were born after January 1988.
- Dogs are welcome.
- Fuel is not included in the listed price. You'll leave with a full tank; marina staff will refuel the boat on return, and you'll be charged for the fuel used.
- Late-return charges are not included in the listed price. You'll be charged $50 for every 15 minutes past the agreed return time.
- Bring life vests for children under 90 lbs or under age 6.
- Include coolers, equipment, and other belongings when calculating the boat's load. Capacity is based on an average weight of 150 lbs per person.
- Stay within the permitted areas: Crystal River, Kings Bay, Three Sisters Springs, Hunter Springs, Shell Island, and the designated scallop grounds no farther than Rock Island. Salt River, Ozello, Homosassa, areas toward the Spoil Banks or Yankeetown, and waters beyond Rock Island are off-limits.
- Before scalloping, review current scallop bag limits, regulations, and fishing license requirements.
- Display the divers-down flag at the boat's highest point, visible from every direction, and only while divers or snorkelers are in the water.
- Keep the boat at least 300 feet from divers-down symbols in open water and 100 feet away in rivers or canals. If you must pass within these distances, travel at idle speed with the boat fully settled in the water.
- When diving or snorkeling, stay within 300 feet of a divers-down symbol in open water and within 100 feet in rivers or canals.
- Bring a copy of your confirmation email.

Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 10 days before your reservation for a full refund or date change. With less than 10 days' notice, you'll forfeit the $100 deposit. No-shows and same-day cancellations are charged the full price. Rentals run rain or shine; no weather refunds. Rescheduling only is available for inclement weather.

Yes. Anyone under 90 lbs or under age 6 must wear a life jacket at all times on board. Bring a suitable life jacket for anyone who meets either condition; only adult life jackets are provided.
Yes, subject to approval and a rental reservation for the following day. Overnight docking is limited to homes or rentals in Kings Bay. Provide the overnight address to marina staff and return to the marina for fueling. An additional $50 per night is not included in the listed price.
