• Ages 21+ to rent and operate. Bring a valid ID for the driver.
• A lifetime or 90-day temporary boater safety course card is required to rent. Cards from any state are accepted.
• Additional charges are not included in the listed price: $50 for excessive sand, food, trash or fishing-related messes, and $75 for a late return.
• Stay within the navigation boundaries. Going outside them incurs a $300 charge, not included in the listed price; one warning is issued by phone or text.
• Keep the engine at or below 4,000 revolutions per minute. Exceeding this limit results in a charge for the trip's fuel, not included in the listed price. An exception applies when returning quickly to avoid unexpected high winds or other weather.
• Bring children's life jackets if they cannot fit the provided sizes.
• Alcohol is allowed onboard, but do not consume alcohol if you are driving. Do not smoke in the cabin.
• Do not use sunscreen containing zinc oxide on the boat unless medically necessary.
• Follow dock staff's loading and unloading instructions. You agree not to hold the operator or dock owner liable for injuries or damage to your belongings on the dock.
• Arrive 30 minutes early. Arriving late does not extend your return time.
