Cancellation Policy
Cancel or reschedule at least 48 hours before the event for a full refund. No refund for cancellations with less than 48 hours' notice. Rescheduling outside the 48-hour window may incur a $40 per-person fee. Full refund or free rescheduling if the operator cancels due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
