• Ages 21+ to rent and operate
• A lifetime or 90-day temporary boating safety course card is required to rent. Cards from any state are accepted.
• Additional fees are not included in the listed price: $300 for traveling outside the navigation boundaries, $75 for a late return, and $50 for excessive sand, food, trash, or fishing-related mess.
• The engine limit is 4,000 revolutions per minute. Exceeding it means you'll be charged for the trip's fuel, which is not included in the listed price. An exception applies when returning quickly to avoid unexpected dangerous weather or winds.
• Stay within the navigation boundaries. One warning will be issued by phone call or text.
• Bring a life jacket for each child who cannot fit the provided Large through XXXL sizes.
• Do not use zinc oxide sunscreen on the boat unless medically necessary.
• Follow the dock instructors' loading and unloading instructions. You agree not to hold the rental operator or dock owner responsible for injuries or damage to your belongings.
• Arrive 30 minutes early. Arriving late does not extend your scheduled return time.
