A $1500 security deposit may be charged if the vehicle is accidentally damaged, and a mandatory fuel charge applies—clarify the fuel charge amount with Greetwell before booking.
Cancellation Policy
Full refund or credit with 72 hours notice of cancellation. One rescheduling allowed with 24 hours notice. No-shows charged the full reservation price. Customers rescheduled will receive a refund or gift card in case of cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances.
